Meet Melissa Alexander
Physician Assistant & Licensed Esthetician
My Story
My passion for aesthetics began long before I earned my credentials. Growing up, I was fascinated by the intersection of science and beauty—how understanding the body on a deeper level could help people feel more confident in their own skin.
After completing my Physician Assistant training, I knew I wanted to specialize in a field where I could combine my medical expertise with my love for helping people look and feel their best. Medical aesthetics was the perfect fit.
I pursued additional certification as a Licensed Esthetician to broaden my expertise and offer a more comprehensive range of services. This dual training allows me to provide both medical-grade treatments and relaxing spa services, all under one roof.
Today, I'm proud to serve the Wellington community with treatments that are safe, effective, and tailored to each individual. Whether you're interested in injectables, advanced skincare treatments, or simply a rejuvenating facial, I'm here to help you achieve your goals.

What It Means to Be a PA in Florida
A Physician Assistant (PA) is a licensed medical professional who has completed rigorous graduate-level education and extensive clinical training. PAs are trained in the medical model, similar to physicians, and are qualified to diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and perform medical procedures.
In Florida, PAs who provide medical aesthetic services do so under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician. This supervision structure is designed to ensure patient safety through a team approach to care. The supervising physician provides oversight and is available for consultation when needed.
This means when you receive medical aesthetic treatments from me, you benefit from:
- Medical-level training in anatomy, physiology, and patient assessment
- Proper protocols for screening, treatment, and follow-up care
- Physician oversight as an additional layer of safety
- Continuing education requirements to stay current with best practices
I maintain all required certifications, continuing education, and supervision protocols to ensure you receive the highest standard of medical treatment.
My Philosophy
I believe in enhancing your natural beauty, not changing who you are.
My goal is to help you look refreshed, confident, and like the best version of yourself. I take a conservative approach, focusing on subtle improvements that make a real difference. Every treatment begins with a thorough consultation where we discuss your goals, address your concerns, and create a personalized plan together.
