Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change, and we try to be as accommodating as possible. However, when appointments are cancelled without adequate notice, other clients who could have been seen miss out on that opportunity.
- 24-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notification may result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Repeated Late Cancellations: Clients with multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to provide a deposit when booking future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy
We strive to stay on schedule so that every client receives their full appointment time. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service.
- However, if your late arrival prevents us from completing your treatment without impacting the next client, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
- If we cannot accommodate your full service, you will only be charged for the portion of service provided.
Running late? Please call us as soon as possible so we can advise on the best course of action.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic services, refunds are generally not available for services once they have been rendered.
- Service Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with your treatment results, please contact us within 14 days to discuss your concerns. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues, which may include complimentary follow-up treatments or adjustments where appropriate.
- Product Returns: Unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original packaging for store credit. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Package/Pre-Paid Services: Pre-paid service packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written notice.
Age Policy
The safety and appropriateness of treatments is our top priority.
- Medical Aesthetic Services: Available to clients 18 years of age and older only.
- Esthetician Services: Most services are available to clients 18 and older. Certain services (such as facials and waxing) may be available to clients under 18 with:
- Written parental/guardian consent
- A parent or guardian present during the appointment
- We reserve the right to decline any service if we determine it is not appropriate for a client regardless of age.
- Valid government-issued ID may be required to verify age.
